Mix for Macarons Gluten Free
With their colourful and stylish look, macarons are always a nice treat. But making them yourself can be quite complicated. This FunCakes mix makes it a lot easier. Just mix it with egg white and add the colour of your choice! Combine with your favourite filling and your macarons are ready to impress. Plus, this mix is also completely gluten free!
Mix for Macarons Gluten Free
Sugar, starch (corn, rice), almond flour, egg white powder, rice protein, colour: E170, flavouring, acidity regulator: E575.

Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Ingredients need to be at room temperature.
For 20-24 macarons, use: 300 g mix and 2 eggs (70 g).
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and make sure you keep the egg white in your mixing bowl.
Add the mix to the bowl.
Possibly add a colour of your choice to the batter with the FunCakes food colourings.
Mix at high speed for 5-6 minutes.
Fill a decorating bag with the batter.
Pipe macaron shells on a macaron mat.
Let the macaron shells rest for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 140°C (convection oven 130°C).
Bake the macarons for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
Your macaron shells are ready! Now place 2 shells on top of each other with your favourite filling in between.
