Mix for Macarons Gluten Free

Easily make your own homemade macarons with this mix from FunCakes. It is easy; simple add the egg white to the mix and pipe rounds on a plate. Colour the macarons in any colour with one the of many FunColours colour gels.

Mix for Macarons Gluten Free

Sugar, rice starch, almond flour, modified starch (corn), starch (corn), egg white, milk protein, colour: E170, flavouring, acidity regulator: E575.

Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Preparation of Mix for Macarons Gluten Free


Mix the FunCakes Mix for Macarons with 70 grams of egg white at high speed for min. 5 minutes.


If desired add colour paste.


Fill a piping bag and make circles on a macaronmat.


Let the batter rest for two hours.


Preheat the oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C).


Bake the macarons in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
