Recipe of Bees macarons

1

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (convection oven 130 ° C)

Macarons is really a French tradition. By making these nice bee macarons you give it your own twist. Easy and delicious to make

2

Prepare 300 grams of FunCakes Mix for Macarons as indicated on the package. Color this with the yellow and orange coloring to a dark yellow batter.

3

Place in a decorating bag with tip # 12. Place the macaron mat on a baking tray and spray the batter on it. Let this air dry for 2 hours for the best result and dry the macarons in the oven for about 15 – 20 minutes. Let them cool completely on the mat.

4

Prepare 125 grams of FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package. Fill a decorating bag with tip # 12 with the buttercream.

5

When the macarons have cooled down, make stripes and a face with the black edible marker. Knead the modeling well and roll it out very thinly. Cut out as many shapes with a medium rose leaf cutter as you have macarons. Squeeze the tip slightly and stick it on the macaron with edible glue.

6

Spray a cap of buttercream on the bottom half of the macaron and place the other part on top. Refrigerate until use.
