Recipe of New Year's Eve macarons with glitters

1

Prepare 300 g FunCakes Mix for Macarons as indicated on the package and colour it black with the Food Colour Gel.

2

Put the batter in a decorating bag with decorating tip #012 and swirl caps on the macaron mat. Allow this to air dry for 2 hours until it forms a nice dry film.

3

After this, dry the macarons in a preheated oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C) in about 13-15 minutes and let them cool on the mat before taking them off.

4

Prepare 125 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream according to instructions on the package and flavour with the flavour paste. Put a small amount in a decorating bag with decorating tip #002 and the rest in a decorating bag with decorating tip #012.

5

Fill half of the shells with a generous dot of buttercream with decorating tip #012 and gently press the other shell on top. Sprinkle the silver medley in a bowl and dip the sides of the macarons in this. Now take the piping bag with nozzle #002 and decorate the top of the macarons with this. Sprinkle silver sanding sugar on top and shake off the excess.
