Sponge Cake

What you need to make your sponge cake:
Ingredients
- 250 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
- 25 ml water

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C) and use the ingredients at room temperature.
Tip! Process the ingredients at room temperature.

Put 250 grams of FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake, 4 eggs and 25 ml water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the cake in the oven and don’t open the door during baking! The cake is ready when it feels springy to the touch.

Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cooling grid.
