Royal icing can be used for many different recipes and can therefore be easily customized. Decorate a cookie, create a drip effect or use it as an edible glue. Everything is possible with this versatile recipe.
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Royal Icing
- 60 ml water
Sieve 500 grams of FunCakes Mix for Royal Icing and mix it whtih 60 ml of water.
If desired add colour paste.
Beat the mixture gently for approx. 7 – 10 minutes until the icing is white, no longer shines and peaks can be drawn that do not decline. Watch out using a handmixer because it can get stuck!
