


Mix for Royal Icing
Simply make royal icing with this mix from FunCakes. You only have to add water to this mix to prepare the icing. This icing hardens completely and is suitable for covering your cake, piping decorations and decorating and glazing cookies.
Mix for Royal Icing
Sugar, glucose syrup (dried), free-range egg white (dried), acid: E330. For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
May contain traces of: gluten, milk, soy and lupin.
Store in a cool, dark place.

Add 55 ml of water per 450 gram of sifted FunCakes Mix for Royal Icing. Mix the royal icing for approx. 7-10 minutes on low speed to a stiff, white icing. The icing is ready when it is bright white, has lost its shine and you can pull peaks that don’t fall back. If using a hand-held mixer be careful that it does not jam!
Tip! Add 1 teaspoon of water per 200 g of icing for medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for thin consistency.
