Mix for Brownies Gluten Free
Sugar, rice flour, cocoa powder (12%), cocoa butter, humectant: E420, skimmed milk powder, stabiliser: E450, raising agent: E336, starch (rice), emulsifier: E475, E471, thickener: E412, flavouring.

Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Ingredients need to be at room temperature.
For a 20×20 baking pan, use: 500 g mix, 4 eggs (190 g) and 250 g butter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Put the mix, eggs and butter in a bowl.
Put a (flat) beater on your mixer.
Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes to a smooth batter.
Cover the baking pan with parchment paper en grease with Bake Release Spray.
Fill the greased baking pan with the batter.
Bake for 30-40 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven.
Release the cake from the baking pan immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
