Mix for Red Velvet Cake Gluten Free

Did you always wanted to bake a glutenfree red velvet cake? This is now possible with this FunCakes mix! With this mix you can make a velveteen fluffy cake or cupcakes with a light chocolate flavour.

Mix for Red Velvet Cake Gluten Free

Sugar, rice flour, starch (corn), humectant: E420, emulsifier: E475, E433, cocoa, raising agent: E450, E500, acidity regulator: E575, thickener: E412, E466, flavouring, salt, colour: E120.

May contain traces of: egg, milk and nuts.

Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C).

Mix the butter soft for a few minutes.

Add the FunCakes Mix for Red Velvet, Gluten Free and eggs and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Pour the batter in a greased baking pan of baking cups.

Bake in the middle of the preheated oven and release immediately after baking and let ir cool down on a cooling grid.
