Mix for Red Velvet Cake Gluten Free

Mix for Red Velvet Cake Gluten Free
Sugar, rice flour, starch (corn), humectant: E420, emulsifier: E475, E471, cocoa powder, starch (rice), raising agent: E450, E500, acidity regulator: E575, thickener: E412, E466, salt, colour: E120.
May contain traces of: egg, soy, milk.
Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Ingredients need to be at room temperature.
For a Ø 18-20 cm baking pan, use: 400 g mix, 4 eggs (200 g) and 140 g butter.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C).
Add the butter to a bowl.
Beat the butter for 3 minutes on medium speed until it’s creamy.
Now add the mix and eggs to the bowl.
Mix at medium speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter.
Grease the baking pan with Bake Release Spray.
Fill the greased baking pan with the batter.
Bake the cake in the middle of the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
Release the cake from the baking pan immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
