Mix for Buttercream Gluten Free

With this gluten free mix from FunCakes you can make a delicious buttercream! Ideal as a topping on your cupcakes or as filling in your sponge cake. Add a flavour if you wish.

Mix for Buttercream Gluten Free

Sugar, dextrose, modified starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), glucose syrup, corn starch, skimmed milk powder, thickener: E404, flavors, milk protein, acidity regulator: E330, emulsifiers: E472, E471, stabiliser: E340.

Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Preparation of Mix for Buttercream Gluten Free


Mix 150 grams of FunCakes Mix for Buttercream, Gluten Free with 100 ml of water and beat with a whisk.


Let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least one hour.


Beat 180 grams of unsalted (cream)butter for approx. 2 minutes until creamy.


Add a part of the mixture to the butter and beat until the mixture has been completely absorbed before adding the next part.


Once all of the mixture has been added, beat to a smooth buttercream (approx. 5 minutes).
