Mix for Vegan Cake

Are you following a vegan diet or lifestyle and do you loåve baking? Try this FunCakes Mix for Vegan Cake! Add water and vegetable oil to create a vanilla cake. Delicous as it is, but also perfect to add your favourite toppings, fruits and fillings! The mix can also be used to bake vegan apple pie, vegan carrot cake or vegan cupcakes.

Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, raising agent: E450, E500, alpha-dextrin, salt, flavouring, colour: E160a, enzymes.

For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

May contain traces of: soy, lupin.

Preparation of Mix for Vegan Cake

Ingredients need to be at room temperature.

For a 25 cm cake, use 400 g mix, 160 ml water and 180 ml (160 g) vegetable oil.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

Put all ingredients in a bowl.

Put a flat beater on the mixer.

Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter.

Grease a 25 cm baking pan or a Ø 20 cm round baking pan with Bake Release Spray.

Scoop the batter into the pan.

Bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50-55 minutes until golden.

Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
