The FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Vegan Cake is the perfect basic vanilla cake that you enrich with your own toppings, fruits and fillings. This Vegan Cake is ideal for everybody that eats vegan.

Mix for Vegan Cake

wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, raising agent: E450, E500, alpha-dextrin, salt, vanilla flavouring, colour: E160a, enzymes (wheat).

For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: soy, lupin.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Preparation of Mix for Vegan Cake


Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).


Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix with a flat/flex beater 400g of mix, 160 ml water and 180 ml (160 g) vegetable oil for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter.


Grease a baking pan of approx. 25 cm (10”) long or a round baking pan of approx. Ø 20 cm (8”).


Scoop the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50-55 minutes until golden. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
