Special Edition Mix for Delicious Donuts
wheat flour, sugar, modified starch, leavening agent: E450, E500, vegetable oil and fat (turnip), wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier: E471 (palm), E472e (sunflower, rapeseed), thickener: E466, flavouring, enzymes (wheat).

Knead 500 g Special Edition Mix for Delicious Donuts, 215 ml water and 65 ml (55 g) of vegetable oil with a mixer with dough hook during 5 minutes.
For the best result prepare in a fryer.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm.
Ingredients need to be at room temperature.
Cut out the donuts and let rest for 25 minutes.
Preheat the fryer to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C).
Frying: Bake the donuts for approx. 90 sec per side until golden.
Oven: Put the donut in the donut pan and bake the donuts for approx. 12 minutes until golden.
Coat the donuts with melted butter and decorate as desired.
