Glucose syrup, water, caramel ((4,6%) glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water), colour: E150c, gelling agent: E440, E401, E407, acidity regulator: E330, E341, E331, preservative: E202, flavouring.

May contain traces of: gluten, soy, nuts and sulphites.

Store in a cool, dark place, 15-20°C.

Put the glaze in a bowl and stir.


If desired add colour to the glaze.


Spread the glaze with a pallet knife on e.g. bavarian cakes and desserts or use a brush to conserve fresh fruit.
