Give your Bavarian cakes, desserts and other treats a beautiful mirror top layer with the glaze topping from FunCakes. The glaze topping is also known as cold gel.

Glaze Topping Choco

Sugar, glucose syrup, water, skimmed cocoa powder, modified starch (corn), colour: E150a, acidity regulator: E270, flavouring, preservative: E202.

May contain traces of: gluten, soy, nuts and sulphites.

Store in a cool, dark place, 15-20°C.

Put the glaze in a bowl and stir.

If desired add colour to the glaze.

Spread the glaze with a pallet knife on e.g. bavarian cakes and desserts or use a brush to conserve fresh fruit.
