Almond Flour contains 100% ground blanched almonds which have had the skins removed. This almond flour is perfect to make almond cakes, cookies, macarons and is used in many healthy recipes. The almond oil and flavour of the almonds is perfectly preserved. 85% of the flour is finer than 1,5 mm.
