Egg White Powder High Whip

FunCakes Egg White Powder is made from pasteurized dried egg whites. It is a substitute for raw egg whites. How convenient to have this product at hand in your kitchen shelf! 10 grams of egg white powder, mixed with 60 ml of water, equals 2 egg whites. This way you can easily replace egg whites in a recipe for egg white powder. This product is also often used to make royal icing. Scroll down for the preparation method!

Preparation of Egg White Powder High Whip

To replace egg whites by egg white powder: 10 g egg white powder + 60 m water = 2 egg whites. Use this mixture within 4 hours.

For Royal Icing: mix 10 g egg white powder with 60 ml water, 300-500 g icing sugar and a pinch of citric acid.

Tip! Colour your royal icing with the FunCakes colourings.
