Whipped Cream Stabilizer

The FunCakes whipped cream stabilizer is a sweetened stabilizing powder that keeps whipped cream firm and stiff enough to pipe decorations. No need to add extra sugar to your whipped cream. Recommended dosage: 75 g per 500 ml unsweetened whipped cream.

Sugar, glucose syrup (dried), modified starch, gelling agent: E339, E450, E516, E401, thickener: E466.

May contain traces of: egg, milk and nuts.

Store in a cool, dry place, 15-20°C.
