So, what exactly is a baking mix?

Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe

A fluffy sponge cake is the foundation of countless pastry creations and this mix helps you achieve that perfect height, softness, and fine structure every time. With just eggs and water added, you’ll bake a light and even sponge of professional quality.
The result is a flat, elastic cake ideal for slicing and layering with fillings such as cream, fruit or ganache. Add some lemon zest or FunCakes flavour paste for extra taste, and you’ve got the perfect base for layered cakes, roulades, drip cakes and more.
Tip: For the best results, bake one sponge cake at a time to allow the heat to distribute evenly.

This mix creates firm cupcakes that can hold swirls of buttercream, sugar paste decorations, or marzipan toppings. You can also use this mix for mini cupcakes, cake pops, loaf cakes, or round cakes. Want to switch it up? Add FunCakes flavour pastes or Food Colour Gels to create themed treats with a personal twist.

Mix for Cookies

Perfect cookies, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, are easy to make with this cookie mix. Just add butter and eggs and you’ve got a smooth dough that’s fun to work with and tasty to eat. The dough is also suitable as a base for pies, like a classic apple pie. Simply line your baking tin with the dough, fill with apples, sugar and cinnamon, and bake to golden perfection.
