Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookies, as indicated on the package. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave it to set in the fridge for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and line a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper.
Knead the dough from the fridge well and roll it out on a little flour to a thickness of about 2-3 mm and cut out lips and hearts with the cutter. Using a knife and cut rectangles for the envelope cookies. Place them slightly apart on the baking tray and bake the cookies for about 9-12 minutes. Let them cool flat on the counter.
Heat the jar of apricot jam in the microwave and press it through a sieve with the rounded side of a spoon. Now you have apricot jelly to stick the sugar paste onto the cookies.
Prepare 450 g FunCakes Mix for Royal Icing as indicated on the package and keep a big spoonful of this thick icing aside. Dilute the rest of the icing drop by drop with a little water until it reaches a yoghurt thickness. Leave this to stand for half an hour under a wet towel and prick out any air bubbles.
Put the icing in a decorating bag with adaptor and decorating tip #002 and cover half of the rectangular cookies with a layer of icing, Let this dry overnight. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a plate and swirl tabs on this with the thin icing and let this also dry overnight.
When dry, spray bronze, using the metallic spray. Put the thick icing you kept aside into a decorating bag with adaptor and decorating tip #002 and swirl lines of the envelope on the biscuits. Stick golden lips on this with a little icing. Now swirl a border of icing on the bare cookies, sprinkle with some nonpareils and possibly a note of baking paper with a sweet text and stick the decorated side of the envelope on top.
Knead the red sugar paste smoothly and roll it out thinly on a little bit of FunCakes Magic Roll Out Powder and cut out lips and some hearts. Coat the cookies with a thin layer of apricot jelly and stick the sugar paste on the cookies. Knead the white sugar paste into two shades of pink with the pink Food Colour Gel and use this for the remaining heart biscuits. Using the PME Fun Fonts, print a text in the sugar paste and then stick it on the biscuits. Paint the text with the metallic paint and leave to dry.
With the PME Modelling Tools Flowers/Leaves make a separation between the lips. Paint this separation with the metallic paint.
Put a little bit of edible glue in the corner of the mouth and sprinkle some of the FunCakes Beloved Medley on this.
