Recipe of Party Time Cake Bowl

1

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (convection oven 140 ° C).

2

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Special Edition Mix for American Brownie as indicated on the package.

3

For the brownie, grease the baking pan with baking spray and place a suitable piece of baking paper on the bottom. Bake the brownie in the middle of the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Let the brownie cool on the counter and then put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour to let it stiffen (preferably overnight).

4

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (convection oven 150 ° C).

5

Prepare 400 g of FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Double Choco Chip Cookies as indicated on the package. Cut the cookie dough into slices of about 2 cm and place them on a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. Bake the cookies in the middle of the preheated oven for 13-16 minutes. The cookies should still feel slightly soft on top when they come out of the oven. Let them cool on the counter

6

Prepare 200 g of FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Chocolate Ganache as indicated on the package and let it cool down. Beat the cooled ganache and put it in a decorating bag with tip # 1M.

7

Put blackberries on a wooden skewer and dust them with the golden ginger powder. You can also sprinkle some golden ginger powder on the cookies.

8

Cut 4 circles out of the american brownie with the 8 cm cutter and place this on the bottom of a dish. Pipe a nice edge along half of the brownie round with the ganache. Fill up the blank side with blueberries and chocolate chip cookie pieces. Sprinkle some golden stars over the bowl and decorate with a wooden skewer with blackberries and a golden chocolate ball.
