Special Edition Mix for Double Choco Chip Cookies
Sugar, wheat flour, chocolate pieces (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (soy), natural vanilla flavouring) (20%), cocoa powder (skimmed, 3%), salt, raising agent: E450, E500, flavouring.

Preheat the oven at 175°C (convection oven 150°C).
All ingredients need to be at room temperature.
Use dough hooks to mix 400 g Special Edition Mix for Double Choco Chip Cookie, 80 g (cream) butter 1 egg (50 g) and 8 ml water to a firm dough.
Make a roll of approx. Ø 5 cm, wrap in foil and rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cut cookies of 2 cm thickness with a sharp knife.
Grease or cover a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the cookies on.
Keep enough space between the cookies. Bake for 13-16 minutes.
Just add butter, egg and water to the mixture and your dough is ready to go.
With this mix you can bake approx. 10-12 cookies of approx. 7-10 cm.
