Flavour Paste Peach

With the FunCakes flavour pastes you add a fresh fruity flavour, soft nut flavour or deep coffee flavour to your bavarois, Enchanted Cream® or Buttercream. The pastes can also handle the heat of the oven, meaning you can add them to your cupcake or sponge cake batter. A surprising effect to your cake! Do you like some variation? Then always make sure to have a few flavour pastes at home.

Sugar, peach (36%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440, flavouring, colour: E100.

May contain traces of: egg, milk.

Store in a cool, dark place, 8-25°C.

Preparation of Flavour Paste Peach

Add the flavour paste little by little and taste in between to see if it’s as desired. For batter, keep the recommended dosage, or a bit more for baking at high temperature (above 200°C).

Swirl top

Besides creams, bavarois and ice cream, the FunCakes flavour pastes can also be added to batter and are therefore suitable to bake with. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommended dosage to your batter. When baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavour paste as this might weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavour paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Recommended dosage: 35g per 500g.
