Ready To Use Ganache White Choco
vegetable fat (palm, shea), sugar, skimmed milk powder, cream powder, emulsifier: E322 (soy), flavouring.

Store cool and dry, max. 25ºC. Once opened, limited shelf-life.

- 260 g (FC3025)
Heat on 340 W in the microwave for approx. 1 minute.
For chocolate filling: mix the product with a mixer to get the ganache light, airy and suitable for piping.
For covering and piping: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or warm au bain marie to get the right consistency.
For a buttercream or soft chocolate/cake filling: mix 150g softened butter with the product for 5 minutes on high speed.
