Rich Caramel

The FunCake Rich Caramel can be used as dip, drip , drizzle and decoration. It can also be used as a filling or a flavouring in ice cream. Perfect for cakes, donuts, cupcakes and much more.

Rich Caramel

sugar, glucose syrup, condensed milk (sweetened), water, butter (unsalted), golden syrup, palm oil, salt, emulsifier: E322, E491, natural flavouring.

For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: gluten, egg and soy.

Store cool and dry, max. 25ºC. Once opened, limited shelf-life.

Preparation of Rich Caramel


Heat on 340 W in the microwave for approx. 1 minute.

Easy to use. For covering and piping: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340 W or warm au bain marie. The caramel can be reheated.

For a quick buttercream or softer cake filling: mix the product with 165 gram softened butter for 5 minutes on high speed.
