Shimmering flower cupcakes

What you need to make your shimmering flower cupcakes:
Ingredients
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- 2x FunCakes Sugar Paste Multipack Shimmering Garden
- FunCakes Soft Pearls Medium Pink/White
- FunCakes Soft Pearls Medium Bronze Gold
- FunCakes Edible Glue
- Apricot jelly
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)
Necessities

- Wilton Recipe Right® Muffin Baking Pan 12 cupcakes
- Karen Davies Cupcake Top Mould - Hydrangea
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and place the baking cups in the muffin pan.
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Fill the baking cups about 2/3 full with batter and bake the cupcakes for approximately 19-23 minutes until golden brown. Let the cupcakes cool on the counter.
Knead the sugar paste well and press it into the mould. Make as many flowers as you have cupcakes.
Spread the cupcakes with apricot jelly and stick the flowers on top. Poke a small hole in the centre of each flower and use edible glue to attach a pearl in the middle.
