What you need to make your cupcakes with buttercream and spreads:

Ingredients

  • 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
  • 300 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
  • FunCakes Cream Crunch Speculoos Cookies Spread
  • FunCakes Cream Crunch Chocowafer Spread
  • FunCakes Cream Crunch Black Cookies Spread
  • FunCakes Cream Milk Choconut Spread
  • FunCakes Cream Crunch White Choconut Spread
  • FunCakes Cruncy Pistachio Spread
  • 625 g unsalted butter
  • 300 ml water
  • 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)
  • Speculoos cookies
  • Oreo’s
  • Kitkat
  • White en milkchocolate
  • Chopped pistachio- and hazelnuts

Recipe of Cupcakes with buttercream and spreads

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection 160°C) and place the baking cups in the muffin pan.

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package and divide the batter evenly among the baking cups. Bake the cupcakes for approximately 19-23 minutes until lightly golden. Let them cool on the counter after removing them from the pan.

Prepare 300 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package. Divide the buttercream into portions and flavour each portion with one of the spreads.

Pipe round swirls of buttercream onto the cupcakes and, if desired, sprinkle with matching decorations.
