Recipe of Red velvet cake pops

1

Preheat the oven at 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

2

Prepare 500 grams of FunCakes Mix for Red Velvet Cake as indicated on the package. Grease the baking pan using baking spray and fill the pan with the batter. Bake the cake in the middle of the preheated oven for 40 – 45 minutes. Let the cake cool down on a cooling grid.

3

Prepare 125 grams of FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and add 200 grams of MonChou to the buttercream.

4

Mix the baked cake using a dough hook until it has a very fine structure. Add buttercream to the baked cake in small portions until the dough becomes a ball. Make small balls of 20 grams and put these on baking paper, placed on a baking tray.

5

Melt 50 grams of melts at max. 500 W in a bowl. Stir well every 15 – 20 seconds. Stop heating when the melts are almost completely melted (small bits of melts still visible). Keep stirring until the melts are completely melted and put one of the ends of a lollipop into the melted chocolate. Push this side into the dough ball. The chocolate makes sure that the lollipop stays in place. Put the cake pops for at least half an hour into the freezer.

6

Melt 450 grams of melts at max. 500 W in a bowl. Stir well every 15 – 20 seconds. Stop heating when the melts are almost completely melted (small bits of melts still visible). Keep stirring until the melts are completely melted and dip the frozen cake pops into the melted chocolate. Decorate immediately using the sprinkles, because the chocolate will harden very quickly.

7

Put the decorated cake pops in a nice mini baking cup.
