Recipe of Pink number cake

1

Prepare 300 g FunCakes Mix for Macarons as indicated on the package and colour it light pink. Put the batter into a decorating bag with decorating tip #012. Place the macaron mat on a baking tray and pipe small rounds of batter onto the mat. Let them air dry for 2 hours, then bake them in a preheated oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C) for about 15-17 minutes. Let them cool on the mat before removing them.

2

Melt the Deco Melts according as indicated on the package in the microwave and put them into a decorating bag. Cut a small tip off and fill the mini tablet and heart moulds. Let them set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and then remove them from the moulds.

3
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and prepare the Wilton Countless Celebrations Pan with the inserts.
4

Prepare 250 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe as indicated on the package. Bake the cake in about 20-25 minutes and, after baking, turn it out onto a cooling rack and let it cool. Then, prepare the next cake with the remaining 250 g of FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe.

5

Prepare 400 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and flavour it with Flavour Paste.

6

Cut the numbers in half using a cake leveler. Place the layers on the cake board. Put the buttercream into a decorating bag with decorating tip #1M and pipe small swirls over the entire bottom layer. Place the top layer of the number on top.

7

Prepare 300 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package. Colour most of the cream light pink and a small portion dark pink. Divide the cream among 4 decorating bags with decorating tips #1M, #4B, #022, and #032. Decorate the cake as desired with rosettes, dollops, and drop flowers.

8
Decorate the cake with the macarons, chocolate pearls, nonpareils, rods, wafer flowers and chocolates
