Place the macaron mat on a baking tray and pipe small rounds of batter onto the mat. Let them air dry for 2 hours, then bake them in a preheated oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C) for about 15-17 minutes. Let them cool on the mat before removing them.
Melt the Deco Melts according as indicated on the package in the microwave and put them into a decorating bag. Cut a small tip off and fill the mini tablet and heart moulds. Let them set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and then remove them from the moulds.
Prepare 250 g FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe as indicated on the package. Bake the cake in about 20-25 minutes and, after baking, turn it out onto a cooling rack and let it cool. Then, prepare the next cake with the remaining 250 g of FunCakes Mix for Sponge Cake Deluxe.
Prepare 400 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and flavour it with Flavour Paste.
