This wonderfully simple recipe for crème patisserie is ideal for making eclairs, pies and sometimes it is also used for puffs. The special yellow custard-like cream is soft and yet full of flavor.
What you need to make your crème patisserie:
- 100 g FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie
- 250 ml water
Mix 100 grams of FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie with 250 ml of water. Beat the cream with a whisk or mixer in about 5 minutes until smooth. Allow the cream to set for a while before using.
