Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection oven 160 ° C).
Prepare 360 g of FunCakes Mix for Brownie as indicated on the package. Spray the baking pan with baking spray, fold the batter into the baking pan and bake the brownie in about 30-35 minutes. Let the brownie cool down by using a cooling grid.
Melt some Deco Melts Toffee in the microwave as indicated on the package and brush the ice cream mold with it, make sure it covers well. Insert the stick. Leave to set in the fridge and repeat this again to get a good crispy layer.
Meanwhile, crumble the brownie and add about 40 g of melted dark chocolate and knead into a smooth dough. Remove the ice cream tin from the refrigerator and press some brownie dough in it. Make sure it does not come out above the edge, otherwise you will not be able to smear it nicely! Put this in the fridge for about 10 minutes so that the dough gets cold.
Then put a layer of Deco Melts Toffee on top and scrape off the excess with a spatula. Let this also set in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes. Carefully remove the ice creams from the mold. If it is not that easy, you can also put the ice creams in the freezer for 15 minutes, no longer!
Melt some dark chocolate in the microwave as indicated on the package, drizzle over the ice creams and decorate directly with the medley.
