Recipe of Brownie pops with butterflies

1

Preheat the oven 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

2

Prepare 360 grams of FunCakes Mix for Brownies as indicated on the package. Grease the baking pan and whisk in all the batter. Bake the cake in the middle of the preheated oven in approx. 40 minutes. After baking, release on a cooling grid and let it cool down completely.

3

Prepare 125 grams of FunCakes Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and add 200 grams of MonChou to the mixture. Mix the MonChou well with the buttercream.

4

Mix the cooled down brownie using the dough hooks until it has a very fine structure. Add small portions of cream, until you’ve created a ball of dough. Make small balls of approx. 20 grams of dough and put these on baking paper, placed on a baking plate.

5

Put 50 grams of melts into a plastic or glass bowl. Place this bowl in the microwave and melt the melts at maximum power (± 500 Watt). Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the melts are almost completely melted (small bits of melts still visible). Keep stirring until the melts are smooth and completely melted and put the ends of the paper straw into the melted chocolate and put it into the dough ball. Put the cake pops for at least half an hour into the freezer.

6

Melt the remaining 450 grams of melts. Place the bowl in the microwave and melt the melts at maximum power (± 500 Watt). Stir well every 15 – 20 seconds. Stop heating when the melts are almost completely melted (small bits of melts still visible). Keep stirring until the melts are smooth and completely melted and dip the frozen cake pops into the melted chocolate. Make sure to apply the non pareils and the butterflies immediately, because the chocolate will harden very fast.
