Sugar strands are the perfect decoration for your cakes or cupcakes. We love to alternate the many round sprinkles with these rectangular shaped strands every now and then! The sugar strands also work perfectly well as a border along your cake. This mix of colours is a musthave in your kitchen shelf as they work for every occassion and are perfect for kids to decorate their own cupcakes!
Sugar Strands Mix
sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil (coconut, rapeseed), starch (rice), concentrate (blackberries, lemon, radish, safflower), cocoa powder (skimmed), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower), colour: E100, E101, E120, E132, E133, vanillin.
Store in a cool, dark place, 15-20°C.
