Cupcakes with Enchanted Cream and sugar strands

What you need to make your cupcakes with enchanted cream and sugar strands:

Ingredients

  • 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
  • 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®
  • FunCakes Flavour Paste Whipped Cream
  • 2 jars FunCakes Sugar Strands Mix
  • 250 g unsalted butter
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)

Recipe of Cupcakes with Enchanted Cream and sugar strands

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and divide the baking cups between the muffin baking pan.

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package and divide between the baking cups. Bake the cupcakes in about 19-23 minutes and let them cool from the mould on the countertop. If you have batter left over then bake a second time.

Prepare 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package and flavour with the whipped cream flavouring paste.

Put the cream in a decorating bag with decorating tip #1M and swirl generous tufts on the cupcakes just like on a soft serve ice cream.

Sprinkle the sugar strands in a bowl and carefully dip the tufts in it using a circular motion.
