Flower cupcakes Summerween

- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Pink
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Orange
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Purple
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Yellow
- FunCakes Chocolate Decoration Bloody Eyeball
- FunCakes Glaze Topping Red
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml water

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the packaging. Place the bakingcups into the muffin tray and fill them up to two thirds with batter. Bake the cupcakes for approximately 18-22 minutes until fully baked. Allow them to cool completely.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the packaging.
For the two coloured leaves, fill two bowls with different coloured Enchanted Cream®. Lay a sheet of cling film onto the counter and spoon the two colours of cream next to each other in long lines on the cling film. Roll the cling film tightly into a sausage shape and twist the ends closed.
Prepare a decorating bag with an adaptor and decorating tip #366. Cut one end of the roll open and place it into the decorating bag with the open side facing downwards. Pipe leaves around the outer edge of the cupcake and slowly work your way towards the centre.
For the leaves with a coloured edge, prepare a decorating bag fitted with an adaptor and decorating tip #104. Using a fine brush add some FunCakes Food Colour Gel, paint a line along the inside of the piping bag. Make sure to also add a bit of colour to the inside of the adaptor. Place the decorating tip on the adapter so the narrow sides line up with the coloured stripe. While piping, keep the wide side of the decorating tip facing downwards.
Put a small amount of FunCakes Red Glaze Topping into a piping bag, snip of a small tip and create some bloody streaks. Then place the eyeballs in the centre of the cupcakes. Finish some cupcakes off with a honeycomb spider.
