Recipe of Valentine cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes according to the instructions on the package. Divide the baking cups over the baking pan and spoon the batter over the baking cups with an ice cream scoop and bake the cakes in 18-22 light brown and done. Let them cool down on the counter.

Prepare 360 g FunCakes Mix for Brownies according to the instructions on the package, divide this over the baking cups. Bake the cakes in 18-22 and let cool on the counter.

Melt the red and pink FunCakes Deco Melts in a bowl in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging. Put this in a decorating bag with an adapter and tip # 001. Let the warm melts slide out of the tip automatically (do not apply pressure) so that you can write the word “love” on an insert sleeve. Let this stiffen in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Prepare 400 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream with 400 ml of water and finish the cream with 500 g of soft butter. Divide the buttercream into 2 portions and color 1 portion red with the coloring gel and color the other brown with cocoa powder.

To get the buttercream nicely red and brown you can make it a day earlier. In this way the color absorbs well into the cream, resulting in a well-colored cream without too much addition of coloring agent and cocoa powder.

Prepare 75 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® according to the instructions on the package.

Put the adapter in a decorating bag, put # 104 on it and fill with the red buttercream. Spray beautiful large roses on the natural cakes. Start in the middle with a dot of cream and spray a “leaf” of approximately 1.5 cm each time around this dot with # 104. Repeat this until the entire top is filled. Put the brown buttercream in a decorating bag with # 1M and use it to pipe nice high tufts on the brownie cakes.

Then you put the Enchanted Cream® in a decorating bag with # 1M and pipe beautiful rosettes on natural cakes. Carefully put the word “love” in the cupcakes with the Enchanted Cream® and on some with the chocolate swirl. Sprinkle some of the medley on top.
