Halloween Brownie Bark
Do you need a quick Halloween treat? Then you have to make this! It’s an easy and creative way to create something for Halloween. Ready – set – treat!
What you need to make halloween brownie bark:
- 1 kg FunCakes Mix for Brownies
- FunCakes Witch Hat & Broom Mix
- FunCakes Sugar Paste Decorations Skulls
- FunCakes Sugar Decorations Eyes Round
- FunCakes Sugar Decoration Halloween
- FunCakes Deco Melts White
- FunCakes Deco Melts Blue
- FunCakes Deco Melts Orange
- FunCakes Deco Melts Green
- 210 ml water
- 105 gram unsalted butter
- 5 eggs (approx. 250g)
- FunCakes decorating bags
- FunCakes Baking Spray
- Wilton parchment paper
- Wilton cooling grid
- Wilton icing bag ties
- PME Deep Oblong Pan 27,5 x 17,5 x 7,5cm
- Wooden ice-cream sticks
Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
Prepare 1 kg FunCakes Mix for Brownies as indicated on the package. Line a baking pan crosswise with parchment paper. Lubricate it with the bake release spray. Fill the pan with the batter and bake the brownie in the middle of a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Let the brownie cool down by using a cooling grid.
Heat the White Deco Melts in bowls at 450W in the microwave with occasional stirring. When it is almost melted, remove it from the microwave and stir the visible pieces away in the warm melts. Fill a decorating bag and close it with the icing bag tie. Cut of a tip and fill up the candy mold. Let this harden in the fridge for approx. 15 minutes.
Heat the other Deco Melts in bowls at 450W in the microwave with occasional stirring. When it is almost melted, remove it from the microwave and stir the visible pieces away in the warm melts.
Fill up the decorating bags and close them with the icing bag ties. Cut of a small tip of the bags and make a zigzag movement above the brownie with the deco melts. Immediately decorate them with the skeleton and bones, the sugar decorations and sprinkles. Let it harden in the fridge for approx. 15 minutes.
Cut the brownies in squares and push the sticks into the brownie.
