- 100 g FunCakes Deco Melts Raspberry Flavour
- 100 g FunCakes Deco Melts Yoghurt
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Pink
- FunCakes Medley Love
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- 260 ml water
- 220 g soft unsalted butter
- 3 eggs (approx. 75 g)
Necessities
- FunCakes Deocrating bag 41 cm
- Wilton Decorating tip #1M Open Star
- Wilton Non-Stick Cooling Grid 40 x 25 cm
- Wilton Heart Baking Pan 22cm
Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C) and grease the baking tin with baking spray.
Prepare 640 g FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie as indicated on the package. Spoon it into the baking pan and bake the brownie for about 40-45 minutes. Check with a skewer, otherwise bake it a few minutes longer. After baking, let it cool in the mould for half an hour and then tip onto a cooling rack.
Prepare 125 g FunCake Mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package and colour it light pink. Put this in a decorating bag with decorating tip #1M.
Heat the Deco Melts both separately in a bowl according to instructions on the package and put this into decorating bags. Cut off a small tip and drizzle the raspberry flavour and yoghurt melts over the brownie. Leave to set in the fridge for a while.
Swirl a border of tufts with the pink buttercream and sprinkle some of the medley sprinkles on top.
