Banoffee cake with caramel drizzle
This is a nice fruity cake with on top caramel. Make your day with this lovely Banoffee cake with caramel drizzle.
- 400 g FunCakes Mix for Banoffee Cake
- 30 g FunCakes Glaze Topping Caramel
- 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml milk
- 1 banana
- FunCakes Decorating Bags
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- Wilton Decorating Tip Round #1A
- Wilton Cooling Grid
- PME Deep Round Cake Pan Ø 22,5 x 7,5cm
Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C)
Prepare 400 grams of FunCakes Mix for Banoffee Cake according to the instructions on the package. Grease the baking pan using baking spray and put the batter in the baking pan. Bake the cake in 60 – 70 minutes.After baking, release the cake on a cooling grid to let it cool down.
Tip! If you want to know if the cake is ready you can check using a skewer.
Prepare 150 grams of FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as described on the package. Put decorating tip #1A in a decorting bag and pipe little tufts on top of the cake.
Put the caramel glaze in a piping bag and cut off the tip. Drizzle the glaze over the tufts.
