The recipe for making edible glue: mix 1/4 teaspoon of gum powder with 4 tablespoons of water. It takes approximately 10-20 minutes to completely dissolve. You will then receive a clear, colorless adhesive.
The recipe for making the pastillage: mix 1 teaspoon of gum powder with 100 grams of royal icing. Let it rest for about 1 hour before using it.
