Preparation of Mix for Crème Suisse

Mix 250 g Special Edition Mix for Crème Suisse and 550 ml water for 5 minutes at high speed.

Can be used as a filling for pies, cream puffs and bread pudding.

Let the cream set for a while before using.

The rich cream is also known as a mixture between crème patisserie and whipped cream. The cream is easy to prepare, add the water to the mixture and mix for 5 minutes on high speed.

The Crème Suisse is not suitable for covering a cake, but can be used as a filling.
