Cake Perfector Gel is used in cake baking to improve texture, volume, consistency and mouthfeel. It’s a colourless gel which works to assist the mixture and diffusion of air molecules in your recipes, resulting in beautiful-looking cakes with high volume, increased softness, and amazing consistency. The stabilising effect helps bakers of any ability to bake hassle free cakes and achieve consistent results. Can be used in sponge cakes, cupcakes, muffins, scones, brownies and so much more.

Simply add the Cake Perfector Gel to your existing recipe and bake as you normally would. No extra effort is required. For best results, add 5-15 g of Cake Perfector Gel per kg of end product.
Cake Perfector Gel is a mixture of various emulsifiers in the form of a colourless gel.
