Tropical letter cake

What you need to make your tropical letter cake:
Ingredients
- 400 g FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Limoncello Cake
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie
- 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
- FunCakes Lemon Flavor Paste
- FunCakes Tropical Medley
- FunCakes Micro Marshmallows
- 700 ml water
- 425 g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
- Fresh fruit, meringues, macarons for decoration

- Wilton Countless Celebrations Pan
- Wilton Tip #2A (2x)
- Wilton Cake leveler
- Wilton Cooling grid
Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C).
Prepare 400 g FunCakes Mix for Limoncello Cake according to the instructions on the package. Greece the baking pan with the correct spacers for the letter S with cooking spray and fill it with the batter. Bake the cake for 45-55 minutes. Let the cake cool down by using a cooling grid. When the cake has cooled, trim edges as directed in the baking pan description.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Buttercream according to the instructions on the packaging. Finish the buttercream and flavour it with the lemon flavor paste.
Prepare 200 g FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie according to the instructions on the packaging. Place the decorating tips in the decorating bags and fill one with the buttercream and the other with the pastry cream.
Cut the cake in half with the cake saw and pipe caps of crème Patisserie on the bottom layer. Place the top on top and pipe caps of buttercream on top. Then decorate the letter with the tropical medley, pieces of fresh fruit, macarons, marshmallows and meringues.
