Recipe of Spooky cupcakes

1

Knead the fondant well and roll it out to a thickness of about 2 mm and cut out as many rounds as you have cupcakes. Let them air dry for an hour.

2

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection oven 160 ° C).

3

Prepare 500 g of FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Divide the baking cups over the muffin tray, fill the cups to 2/3 with batter and bake the cakes in a preheated oven for 18-22 minutes. Then let them cool down.

4

Prepare 150 g of FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package. Put half of the Enchanted Cream® in a piping bag with 1M and the other half in a piping bag with 2A. Pipe beautiful rosettes on the cupcakes with the 1M and place a slice of fondant on top.

5

Spray with the 2A high and low tufts like ghosts on the fondant and press black pearls in here for the eyes.
