Recipe of Kawaii rainbow cake

1

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cookie & Crust as indicated on the package. Wrap in cling film and leave it in the fridge for an hour.

2

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

3

Roll out the dough into a slice about 8 mm thick and press the baking frame into the dough. Place the slice of dough with the frame around it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

4

Mix 250 g almond paste with 1 egg and put it in a decorating bag with #1M. Using a zigzag motion, swirl the paste onto the batter. Bake the cookie & crust for about 20-25 minutes until light brown. Remove the frame when completely cooled.

5

Prepare 150 g FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the packet and divide between as many bowls as you want colours. We used 5 colours. Place a sheet of cling frilm on the countertop and spread the coloured cream side by side lengthwise on here. Roll it up and tie a knot at one end so the cream cannot run off. Cut the other side into the cream and put this into a decorating bag with #1M.
