What you need to make your cupcakes with swiss cream and elderflower:

Ingredients

  • 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
  • 250 g FunCakes Mix for Swiss Cream
  • 100 g FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie
  • FunCakes Flavour Paste Elderflower
  • 800 ml water
  • 250 g unsalted butter
  • 5 eggs (approx. 250 g)
  • Small edible flowers

Recipe of Cupcakes with Swiss cream and elderflower

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

Prepare 500 g FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package. Divide the baking cups among the baking pan and divide the batter among the cups. Bake the cupcakes in 19-23 light brown and done. After baking put them immediately out of the baking pan and let them cool down.

Prepare 100 g FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie as indicated on the package. Flavour the Crème Patisserie with the FunCakes Flavour Paste Elderflower and leave to set in the refrigerator for a while.

Prepare 250 g FunCakes Mix for Swiss Cream as directed on the package.

Using the back of a decorating tip #1M, slightly hollow out the cupcakes and fill with pastry cream.

Put the Swiss cream in a decorating bag with #1M and make a generous swirl on the cupcakes. If desired, decorate with edible flowers.
