Recipe of Chocolates with hazelnut praline filling

1

Melt 500 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts White and 500 g FunCakes Chocolate Melts Pure in the microwave on max 450W and stir it every 15 seconds. When it has almost completely melted, add 100 g solid FunCakes Chocolate Melts White to the white chocolate and 100 g solid FunCakes Chocolate Melts Pure to the dark chocolate and stir until everything has melted. Don’t put it in the microwave anymore.

2

Wait and keep stirring occasionally until the white chocolate has reached a temperature of 28-29°C and the dark chocolate 31°C, only then can you process it. At these temperatures, the chocolate shrinks as soon as it is in the fridge, which ensures that they come out of the mold nicely, shine and get a good ‘crunch’.

3

Pour the melted chocolate into the molds until they are completely full. Tap the mold on the edge of your counter until you see bubbles come up. Now empty the mold above your container and scrape the top off tightly with the side scraper. Place the molds in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened.

4

Put some FunCakes Hazelnut Praline Filling in a decorating bag and fill the chocolates with some filling. Make sure it doesn’t come to the edge but leave some space.

5

Place the remaining chocolate in a decorating bag and cover the chocolates with a layer. Place back in the fridge and allow to set and cool.

6

Tap the chocolates out of the mold on the edge of your counter. If it doesn’t work right away, you may have to put them back in the fridge for a while.

7

Melt the 100 g FunCakes Deco Melts Yoghurt Flavor according to the instructions on the package in the microwave and put it in a decorating bag. Cut off a small tip here and drizzle this over the olive-shaped chocolates and decorate with some FunCakes Hazelnut Crispy.

Just a little while before you can enjoy your chocolate. Don't forget to share your creation: #funcakesbyme
