What you need to make your almond cake:

- 400 g FunCakes Mix for Almond Cake
- 240 g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs (approx. 200 g)
- Almond flakes
Necessities
- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- Wilton Cooling Grid
- Cake Pan of 25 cm

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

Prepare 400 g FunCakes mix for Almond Cake according to the instructions on the package.

Grease the baking pan with baking spray. Fill it with the batter and bake the cake for about 60-70 minutes.

Let the cake cool down on a cooling rack. Roast the almond flakes shortly in a pan an decorate the cake with it.
