Metallic Spray Pearl

ethanol, colour: E172 (iron oxides and hydroxides), propellant gas: E943a, E943b, E944.

May contain traces of: soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.

Preparation of Metallic Spray Pearl

Give the can a good shake for at least 20 seconds before you start spraying. It’s also a good idea to shake it now and then while you’re using it.

Hold the can about 20 cm away from what you’re spraying, and try not to tilt it more than 45° for the best, even coverage.

If you take a break for more than 4 minutes, shake the can again for about 10 seconds before spraying again. This helps keep the pearl pigments nice and even.

When you’re done, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds. This clears the nozzle and helps prevent clogging for next time.

The FunCakes metallic spray pearl dries completely on the cake, so no more fingerprints on the cake when you touch it.

Maximum usable dose: quantum satis.
