These flavours are much more concentrated than flavour pastes, so 1-2 drops to 100g of end product will already give a great result. They are both bake and freeze-thaw stable, making them ideal for any kind of baking project. And why keep them for baking only? How about marmelades, sorbets, custards or gelatine?
