These flavours are much more concentrated than flavour pastes, so 1-2 drops to 100g of end product will already give a great result. They are both bake and freeze-thaw stable, making them ideal for any kind of baking project. And why keep them for baking only? How about marmelades, sorbets, custards or gelatine? The FunCakes Flavours are alcohol-free and Halal. All of the flavours are water-based, except for orange, spiced cookie, peppermint and lemon, which are oil-based. The bottles have a convenient dropper lid for easy dosing.
